The
Illusion of
Time
Within
the context of our
universe, to recognise
our roots it is
necessary to journey
back past the history of
time, past the illusion
of the 3rd dimension, to
a moment when there was
no separation between us
and all else of
Creation. The absolute
seduction of our
physical Self has
ensured that the veils
of illusion continue to
shroud our dimension
keeping us blind to the
startling wonder of
Creation. Yet, there is
only one slender chain
binding humanity to the
physical: time.
Time
is the cause of
separation and the means
by which illusion is
manifest and maintained.
It encapsulates our
personal reality
creating bubbles of
"time" which emerge and
dissipate according to
the free-will choices
made in life. As with
all things in
dimensional existence,
past, present and future
occupy the same "space",
and when collapsed
inwards reveal the
eternal Now. Linear time
then, is a powerful
illusion peculiar to our
dimension. An important
element of the mercurial
nature of time is its
subjectivity; it being
experienced by each of
us in different ways and
thus defined by any
given experience. A
familiar example is the
stretching of time when
boredom is encountered.

relates directly to the
embrace of the eternal
NOW. Living in the
present will gradually
release the student from
the imprisonment of
time. When there is not
the limiting
preoccupation of the
past or future, then
great clarity and
stillness is possible.
Yet, living in the NOW
does not equate with
non-action or inertia,
rather, each moment is
seized and experienced
with the greatest
conviction.
When
time is removed from the
continuum of our
physical universe (and
hence, Earth), then our
dimension will cease to
experience separation
and duality will recede
and be replaced by the
Oneness that permeates
all other dimensions.
Time
has been a necessary
construct here on Earth,
not only to perpetuate
the colourful illusion
of our existence but to
also enable and keep in
motion the Wheel of
Karma. Karma has been
the curriculum for
spiritual growth and the
means by which
reincarnation has
manifested. Past lives,
which are not "past" at
all but are bubbles of
encapsulated time, have
unfolded according to
the ethical choices made
within the present.
Without
the presence of time,
knowledge of one's place
within Creation is known
and the
interconnectedness of
all things comes into
sharp focus. Time, by
its very nature, also
allows for the cyclical
birth and decay of all
living things,
therefore, in the
absence of time
immortality becomes the
norm. This is so because
the involution of time
reveals the eternal NOW
and by living only ever
in the present, as there
is no passage of time,
nothing can age or
decay.
Inter-dimensionally,
all moments occur
simultaneously. It is as
if all potential in
existence is realised at
once. Everything that
has ever been and ever
shall be seems to have
been born in that one
Divine instant that was
the explosion of
Unconditional Love, so
that what remains is for
all to merely unfold as
the Outbreath continues
to be expelled.
